WHEELCHAIRS
The park and facilities are accessible to wheelchairs, which are available free of charge at the park entrance. As there is a limited number of them, we recommend that you reserve one if required.
KENNELS
For reasons of safety and hygiene, pets are not allowed in the park. Owners can leave their dogs free of charge in the kennels for the duration of their visit to the park.
BABY AREAS AND PUSHCHAIRS
Baby areas are provided in all the toilets, where mothers can feed and change their babies.
Pushchairs are available for hire (3 euros) at the park entrance.
FIRST AID
Visitors can be given fast and effective care in the infirmary if required. As in the baby areas, mothers can also change their babies there.
LOCKERS
Lockers are also available at the main entrance (A) and can be hired for 2.50 euros.
STAMPS
Sold only in the souvenir shops.
CAMERAS AND FILM
Disposable cameras and films are only sold in the park’s souvenir shops.
SOUVENIRS
Visitors can buy souvenirs of Bellewaerde Park in the shops throughout the park.
PICNICS
Picnics are only authorised in the areas that are provided in the park for that purpose as well as on the two car parks. Coolers and trolleys are not allowed inside the park.
PUBLIC TELEPHONE
There is a telephone box in the Information Office.
LOST CHILDREN
Lost children are immediately brought to and looked after at the first aid station located near the KidsPark. Informed parents: please remember to ensure your child has all your details on them.
LOST PROPERTY
Any lost item should be reported to the Information Office. Items found in the park are also taken to the Information Office and kept until they are claimed by the owner. Identified items are kept at the Information Office for 7 calendar days. They can be returned to the owners on request by post at the owners' expense.
DISABLED ACCESS
For special access to the park's various attractions, we recommend that you call the Information Office.
EXPECTANT MOTHERS
Due to safety concerns, certain attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers. To avoid being refused access to some attractions, we strongly advise you to consult the person in charge of the relevant attraction.
